This week’s Gizmodo Challenge was a husband and wife collaboration. We were supposed to build a light box and take a photo of something interesting inside it. I had no idea what a light box was or does…but now that I do, I am sure it’s going to come in very handy in the future. All the things I’m learning…who knew!!
We didn’t do too bad either…kinda like the 49’ers! We almost won!
That is so much fun! So great that both you and Kevin are such a good team too! Congrats on almost winning 😉 !!!
Love the picture, and as always…so well said! I’m not sure what I enjoy more – your photos, or your what you write!
I tell you, this Gizmodo thing beats going to photography class. It’s like learning without trying and it’s exactly how I like to do things:)
Glad you enjoyed it!!
Lightboxes are very handy for examining film. I used to work closely with the artists, paste-up people, and printers for Colorado Magazine. The whole offset printing process would be hit-or-miss without lightboxes to look at the film beforehand.
Loving all your posts!!
xx
Oh that’s interesting Robin….that they use light boxes for examining film…but I bet it’s different to the one that Kevin built 🙂
Thanks Rosa 🙂
