I am trying ricotta today,but would like to make peas as well.

Hi Agnes…good luck with the making of the pastizzi. Tell you the truth, I prefer pea pastizzi as well…but my kids like ricotta best and of course they win 🙂 My friend makes excellent pea filling…and keep wanting to try them myself…one of these days 🙂
