    I am trying ricotta today,but would like to make peas as well.
    First time never made them.hope for the best.Thanks Georgina

    1. Hi Agnes…good luck with the making of the pastizzi. Tell you the truth, I prefer pea pastizzi as well…but my kids like ricotta best and of course they win 🙂 My friend makes excellent pea filling…and keep wanting to try them myself…one of these days 🙂
